ARE THE ITEMS READY STOCK OR PREORDER?

  • All items are preorder based unless stated "Ready Stock" under the product variant. 

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?

  • Ready stock will be send out in 1-2 days after payment is made.
  • Preorder will be send out in 10-15 days after payment is made.
  • Do note that we cannot guarantee the exact date that you will receive your parcel.
  • It may take up to 3 weeks due to unexpected incidents such as shipment delayed (custom declaration, logistic issue, covid pandemic).
  • Kindly reconsider if you need the order urgently.

CAN I SHIP SEPERATELY IF MY ORDER CONSIST OF READY STOCK AND PREORDER?

  • If order consists of ready stock and preorder items, it will be send out together after all orders are complete. 
  • Please contact us here if you want to ship your item separately. Do note that you will need to cover the additional postage. 

HOW DO I SELECT A SIZE?

  • Note that not all sizes are created equal as we source from different manufacturer.
  • All the items are provided with measurement. Please allow 1-2cm difference due to measurement given are hand measured laid flat and hence approximate. 
  • We recomment that you select size based on your measurements (not based on your height and weight) because people of the same weight can have different size.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING DETAILS?

  • If your order have not send out yet, please contact us here as soon as possible. 

MY PARCEL IS BEING RETURNED WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

  • There are a number of reasons that a parcel can be returned to us most often due to incomplete address, address does not exist, uncontactable or attempted multiple times to deliver but no one was present at that time. 
  • We will notify you as soon as possible if we receives your returning parcel with either a refund (shipping fee is not refundable) or a reship (shipping charges might be apply to resend back depending on the reason the package is returned).
